- Rossitza Lissitchkova - Rossitza is the managing director of ICPD. She has successful career as a banker, holding executive positions in several banks.
- Nicholas Stancioff - Nicholas has expertise in finance and venture capital projects in South America and Eastern Europe as well as managing startups.
- Velichko Klingov - Velichko is our Project Manager – he has successfully managed our first project – Marina Cape at the Black Sea and is continuing his hard work making sure the Grand is up to ICPD’s expectations.
- Tatjana Peliteva - Tatjana Peliteva is ICPD’s head engineer. She has experience in such projects and takes care of all construction and engineering matters.
- Ivailo Kostov - Mr. Kostov is an attorney by profession and provides valuable experience in relation to all legal matters.
To compliment the Board, ICPD has attracted valuable experience from different areas. Nicolay Mayster of Intercapital coordinates financial planning and fund raising activities. Experienced construction engineers are responsible for the construction activities supervision to guarantee that Marina Cape is built to the highest standards.
